Sex burns calories. Why isn't it an option for our exercise log?

Hello,
I was wondering that myself.
Here is a creditable study that shows in a table the avarage oxygen consumption in some activities, including sex.

it is in MET, but here you can find a converter for that and calculate how many calories you would be burning.

I know they don't have sex as an option, use the results of the converter and log an activity that burns a compatible amount of calories.

Create your own exercise if you really think you're burning enough calories during sex to warrant adding it. You're not burning as many calories as you think you are though.0
