I'm 23. My original goal was 100 pounds. Down 32 pounds from heaviest weight (was 50, but then I got a stressful job and slipped for a year and a half or so).
Anyway, started off at 240 and am currently at 208.0 -
I am in the same boat. In the past I yo yo diet but trying to make a life change and not do that again. I have 141 to loose but lost 40lbs since January. I also am gluten free. Feel free to add me.0

I'm a 35 year old married mother of one with a full time job. I started my weight loss journey 1 month ago with the goal to lose right at 100lbs. So far I am down 17lbs. My name is Caiti. I am 23 and I have struggled with my weight since I could comprehend it was something to worry about. The highest weight I have gotten to was 382lbs, but right now I am at 346lbs. My ultimate goal is just to get below 200lbs. It honestly seems kind of impossible because I can barely remember being under 300lbs, but I am very motivated and have finally found a lifestyle that works for me. I am a Trim Healthy Mama. Hi! I've been overweight my entire life. The lowest I can actually remember being was around 180 when I was 16. I'm 26 now and I weigh 236. I started at 243, so I've lost 7 lbs so far and have a lot more to go. I would love to reach 160. So I have another 76 to go. I joined the gym and it has helped a lot. Feel free to add me0

I've been a MFP member for a long time, lost and gained, then gave up! I'm back finally after a long hiatus. I also need to loose 100lbs and am looking for friends. I'm 43, married, an emotional eater and have been heavy my whole life. My biggest milestone so far is I made it on the eliptical for 2 mins at the gym yesterday then cried! There's no crying in MFP! (haha, League of their Own anyone?) I hope you are crying for joy, bc sometimes 2 minutes at the gym is a victory in an of itself. I'll borrow from AA, keep coming back! It's hard but so worth it. What you did shows us that you've got what it takes to make your goals & you are tougher than you think1
