Challenge - five pounds a month - five months - who is in?

Hi! I need to lose twenty five pounds. I want to be reasonable and lose weight that stays off - so five pounds a month starting Monday 4/11/16. Minus 25 by August 11th....

    I would love to join. Actually i just started last April 1 with 190 lbs as my starting weight. Right now i weight 186 lbs.

    I will not weigh in until the 1st, but I am super excited! I am wearing an outfit today I wore two weeks ago. Last time it was a bit snug. Today, not only does it fit perfectly, it is bordering on loose. Good day!

    SW is your Start Weight
    CW is your Current Weight
    GW is your Goal Weight

    You can pick a day of the week you will weigh in, and you post it here. You post any tips, struggles or achievements on this thread and we support each other.
