Stretching Routine

Does anyone have a PDF with a daily stretching routine on it? Preferably one that has the individual stretches shown in it.

  Sorry I don't have a PDF. But I use 'ipro stretching' app. I paid the $1 to get the full version and it's great! It even keeps track of your progress.
