Ladies what are some ways we could motivate ourselves to eat better and get active?

    Exercise: Make a to do list/schedule and stick to it. Diet: calorie counting. Simple little things but sound results

    I put stickers on my calendar to mark the days that I've gone to the gym. It helps remind me when I'm slacking!

    Joining a class like yoga helps me stay on track because I feel as though I "have" to do it. It makes it easier because I'm the type of person that if I feel like I have a choice to not work out, I probably won't workout.
