Hi I'm Lynne, currently living in Doha, Qatar and I'm trying to loose weight, not easy here at all, added to the that I love food!!! Does anyone have any great tips or advice??

    Weigh all soild foods on a food scale

    Measure all liquids in a jug

    Don't eat all your exercise calories as they're usually not correct

    Drink water

    Don't expect 2-3lbs loss weekly

    Change your lifestyle
    Don't Diet
    Do some exercise
    Eat healthy but have treats
    Find support
