I understand how you feel! I must say though that a pound can come from a glass of water you drank yesterday, or even food remnants in your tummy
I 100% agree with the post above, and yes a pound sucks, but all that matters is that you spend another week being healthy

ONE pound??? SO not worth stressing over. My weight at the end of the day can be up to 5 lbs. heavier than my weight at the beginning of the day. Focus on the big picture!1

I weigh myself every day because my weight fluctuates a lot. I love that MFP charts weight loss so I can see that the overall trend is down even though I may be up one day.0
