    Let's try weighing in once a week! Since we started on a Friday, how about every Friday we post our weight from the week before and the current week so we can easily track our own and each other's progress. I think it'd also be good to include the biggest struggle you had during the past week and then either something that went well or a piece of advice for everyone else? And/or maybe even a mini goal for ourselves each week. Can we all commit to something like that each week?

    I like that idea... My regular weigh in days are Fridays normally also haha so it will be easier to remember.

    Got my cravings under control with some creative new snacks ... and I discovered hot sauces are an excellent way to increase your water intake ;-)

    (A cooked soft tortilla with chipotle cholula hot sauce / tobasco... even my hubby loves it)

    Can I join... I know I'm a bit late lol. I'm 47 and 165cm tall. August 1st 209 pounds now 162 pounds and my target weight is 135 pounds. Having problems losing the last 27 pounds and need some motivation and support from people who understand how hard it is

    I've been missing for awhile. I'm back and doing much better. I will be posting my updates starting with the end of June. Please anyone help me with tips as far as staying on track when life situations stress you.
