Can anyone suggest a video or website or book to help a stay at home mom start a little weight lifting? I used to lift (just nautilus equipment at the gym) but have done nil since becoming a mom (eight years ago). I only have room for a chair and a few hand weights, Thanks!

Tons of great links on Pinterest, just type in beginner at home weight lifting. That's how I find all my stuff, and I do all at-home workouts during my kiddos nap time. I also bought a set of hand weights at Walmart for like $40, it has 3, 5, and 8 lb sets. Good luck!

Popsugar.com has lots of videos, I am currently doing the Runtastic bodyweight strength training and the works for a small space.

If you go to 'bodybuilding.com', they have a huge video library that will show you exercises for every body part. You can also filter based on what equipment you have available (dumbbells, barbells, etc.).

This is awesome! I am starting at home weights and wasn't sure where to begin!
