Back at it!

After a few months of absolute hell in back! Looking for motivation again! I have 50 pounds I would like to lose initially and then go from there depending on how I feel.

    Here are some things that have helped me in the past, and are helping me still:
    Find something personal to you that will keep you on track (or get you back up if you fall off).
    Don't feel discouraged if you have a bad day (or two); it's about lifestyle changes not a quick fix.
    Do things that will work for you in the long run.
    Try different exercises and foods. You might be surprised with what you can do and what you like.
    Know your limitations - use them to strengthen what you are able to do.

    I have 50lb to lose too (possibly 60 but I'll see how I feel about those extra 10 when I get to 50) and I'm also in need of motivation so I'll send a friend request your way! :smile:
