Looking to up my fiber intake. Any ideas for vegs that are rich in fiber and low in calories?

Lima beans, artichokes, beets, greens (collard greens and spinach have a lot), peas, broccoli, brussels sprouts. Also, there are some fruits that are lower calorie and great sources of fiber -- blackberries and pears some to mind.

It's not a veggie, but I like dates for fiber and general yumminess. For veggies, leafy greens and that whole list above

Kimchi. Cabbage + fermentation = happy gut. Many stores are now carrying it, my favorite brand is King's, but the Melissa is ok too. I've even tried making it, quite a job.

This is a great suggestion. The brand I like (Farmhouse Culture) has 1 gram of fiber per serving (57 grams) That's only 15 calories and it is a tasty addition to all kinds of meals.

Fiber Rich Foods list can be found here that is pretty encompassing. I also focus on having a high fiber diet - grains, berries, leafy greens, squash, beans and lentils will all add extra bulk.
