Counting macros ! Help !!!

I started counting macros but I don't know if I'm supposed to get the same numbers every time. I'm trying to play with this app and prepare my meals to get those exact macros but I'm having a a hard time. Today I passed my limit of protien and not my carbs :( is this okay?

    yes. as long as your +/- 5 your good.

    you can always go over on Macro's just try not to go under while staying in Caloric goal

    I'm just starting tracking macros too, but I think that it can be hard to hit the numbers exactly every single day unless you're eating exactly the same foods for every meal. So I try for what PP indicated, getting as close to the macro goal as possible, with the aim of +/- 5. Good luck!
