Uk friends with open food diaries...

Hi all,

This is my 6th day and loving all the wonderful people and advice. I have made lots of new friends from around the world but their food diaries are not so helpful to me, being in the UK the food is very different.

If you are from the UK and have an open food diary - it would be fantastic if you would add me as a friend so we can share tips and encouragement.

    I am in the uk, your welcome to veiw my diary, it's been a little erratic due to family life just recently but just look past last week or so.
    it should improve ( like last nights dinner out for father in law's 70th limited choice as it was a set menu)

    you can add me but please don't look at this weeks diary. Leaving parties, birthdays & a festival = rubbish food choices :)
    Normally i eat very balanced & exercise daily hope i can be some help x

    Thank you - yes we all are erratic at times and to be honest we need to be - we are human and sometimes eating out with friends doesn't mean we have to eat a lettuce leaf!
