Hey, I'm Ella I'm 18 years old looking for a motivational friends. I'm 5ft 4" going from 210lbs to 112lbs. I would love to have someone help me threw it as I would help them. Anyone intrested please message me!

I'm 5'4", and have gone from 262 to 190. I'm now maintaining due to pregnancy, but will be back on the weightloss track once I've delivered. I still log in every day and log everything I eat to keep myself accountable and avoid huge gain. Feel free to add me.1

Hi Ella! I haven't personally experienced depression, but my husband battles it. Can I recommend something that has helped him a bit? We started him on a good probiotic and it has really helped. Look into gut health and its link to depression and anxiety. It's really amazing how strong the connection is between the mind and the gut.1

Hi ella im 29 and 5'2 currently 65kg and cant shake it since december. I also have anxiety and depression and as much as i would like to ignore scales and only go on clothes i cant! I need to see reduction in the scales. Feel free to add me!!1

Hi Ella, I am 35 165cm 175.5lb and have depression. My husband also suffers from depression and other things. I am making myself get back on track by cutting out the amount of sweets and treats I eat in a day.1
