I am new on myfitness pal and starting Jillian Micheal 30 days shred from tomorrow.. who is in??

i have 9 to 6 office job and i dont get time to exercise , so i decided to go for JM 30 days shred..who would like to join for motivation and support ? also share experiences of this program

not sure what 30 days shred is, but I found a Jullian Micheal DS game I am looking to try and would like to her your opinion of her fitness teaching style0

I started the same program on 12th , its the 3rd day today and my leg muscles are screaming in protest . Hardly able to walk0

I've tried Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I like her, she don't take no *kitten*. There are modified versions of what she does if you struggle with the "proper" way. Only thing is that it does get boring after a few days, as you are basically watching the same video over and over again.
Her videos are on YouTube, but the DVD will probably only be a few quid from Amazon if you wanted to try her (and will undoubtedly be better quality and more convienient than YouTube).

Sore muscles retain water (for repair) ......maybe that's the "bulk" you feel. You won't gain any appreciable lean muscle doing 30DS (it's mostly cardio). Gaining lean muscle takes eating at a surplus, heavy lifting, and waaaay more time.1 -

Starting 30 day shred today...have tried it before and got good results....had a new born and gained weight so I'm ready to try it again0
