What is a good diet and work out plan? :/

    Diet and Workouts are work individuals for them, try to check the amount of calories and your goal by that take steps and maintain the daily calorie level and workouts.

    Eat the correct amount of calories and get up and move more often.

    Well everyone is different, but I started with the diet goals first. Once you get the diet under control then you can go out with the heavy artillery. Then I moved to work out plan: first- cardio and then lifting weights or using weight machines.
