Newbie saying Hi

Hello there..
I'm new.. I've had the app for ages but never been active. Right now I'm using it to count my calories. Turns out I'm not good at it on my own and therefor I'm not eating enough.
I started my journey of weight loss in September end since then I've lost 24 kg..
Right now I wanna maintain my weight of 61 kg but build muscles and loose the rest of the fat I've got.
I do Pole Dancing for exercise but I've recently started to go to the gym, where I stand looking at all the weights and bars and machines and not having the slightest clue what to do. All tips on how to exercise at the gym are welcomed

HI - you have done really well. I felt same at gym when first went and had a conversation with staff member to work out what I wanted to do and how to do it. Must admit I stay out of free weights area and focus on machines and treadmill/rowing kit.2
