Crohn's and Gastroparesis active while trying to lose weight

I have Crohn's and Gastroparesis that are active while I am trying to lose weight. I also am being treated for underactive thyroid. I am On Humira, Armour, antidepressants, and other medications. I struggle to eat at all sometimes and other days I eat well. I just need moral support from people that understand these problems & trying to lose weight.!

    I also have cronhs and is on humira, im afraid im on the same boat as you tho because having crohns you already have to watch what you eat...when losing weight you have to watch it closely
