Compression garments STAT!?

So I've lost 60 pounds, by dramatically changing my relationship with food, woo-hoo! I have 40 more to go and I have JUST started working out. I lead a fairly active life, but haven't started working out until now. Well was I ever in for a surprise, when for the first time in 10 years I jumped and bounced around to a workout DVD, and found that my saggy post 60 pounds weight loss skin didn't follow my actual body as closely as it used to! I had to actually hold my tummy and bum for some of the cardio because it was slowing me down and throwing me off balance, lol! And yes, I chuckled and saw the humor in it! Lol so, I NEED something to hold me in until I tone me up

I had this happen after a 60 pound loss (and after a surgery)...but I don't know if you're looking for actual medical compression garments or just something like "shapewear" to wear under your exercise outfit. I couldn't move in the RX compression belts and and the like, but I ended up just putting on a Maidenform all-over "body briefer" things that went from knee to over the shoulder, then to one that was just like a really tight leotard, and then to one of their tank and shorts meant to make you look cute under other clothes. It held well enough under the exercise clothes.

(And no, I don't work for them, I just know the name because I still buy the tank tops online. :) )

Awesome! I didn't even know you could get a Rx garment! Lol see I'm totally clueless. I don't think an Rx level is necessary, so maybe shape wear is the way to go. I have a unit like you described, mid thigh to shoulder straps. I'll try it this afternoon, and if it's not enough I'll look into Maidenform! Thank you!

Rx level involves velcro and straps and (sometimes) buckles. I tore my abdomen and had it repaired and had to wear one while it healed, and it was like wearing a corset. Ugh.

Ouch! I hope you're healed and ok now! I wore my body shaper for my workout this afternoon, and it made a HUGE difference!! Thank you so so much for that tip @cmm7303 ! It will now get worn out from so much washing I'm sure! But very worth purchasing a new one when needed.
