    I feel just wonderful.
    The next goal is to learn how to let go and maintain. I keep wanting to hold back on calories. I am slowly adding calories to my diet to find that maintenance level.

    I have to say to all of you that have the dream of changing your bodies. It is possible. I owe a lot of my success to Myfitnesspal and those who have encouraged me on this app.
