Hello! I'm married & 5 months pregnant (21 weeks) working on gaining the healthy weight where it needs to be, and maintaining a healthy / lean build before and after pregnancy. Anyone else want to share diaries who is grazing, gaining healthily, losing healthily, nutrition focused, pregnancy safe or not, etc? I need more motivational friends!

Hi! I am 28 weeks with pregnant with my first baby. I just downloaded this app because I am constantly eating (mostly healthy foods) but I am now hungry constantly and want to track if I am taking in enough calories. I've read we only need 300 extra calories in the 2nd & 3rd trimester.1
