4 LBS By April 30th

Hey everyone , my goal for this month is to loose 4 LBS by April 30th ! At the beginning of the month i weighed 193 - 195 LBS. Im at 188 Lbs now and im hoping to loose an other 4 pounds to get down to 184 LBS by the end of the month. Care to join me ???

I will accomplish this by :
~ No treats for the next 14 days
~ Drinking only water
~ Staying within my calorie goal
~ Adding exercise in everyday
~ Not sitting for long periods of time
~ Staying happy , and being positive
~ No alcohol
~ Accurately counting/logging my calorie intake
~ NO CHEATING :wink:

    What happens if you don't hit your goal? You seem to really like setting yourself close to impossible/unhealthy tasks.

    You are having too many goals!! What happened to losing 2 lbs by this Monday plan that you were leading!? :)

    4 lbs in 2 week is absolutely doable! I am already doing all these things. Keep it up!
