I like to grill a big batch. I follow a macro lifestyle so it makes it easier to weigh + prepare for easy salads. My biggest downfall with dieting is being ill-prepared so I like to make sure I have a lot of options and I'm not always in the kitchen cooking.

I've been making individual berry crisps. I substitute protein powder for flour, mix with some rolled oats, a tablespoon of brown sugar and butter and top with Greek yogurt or fat free ice cream. Not super healthy, but not too bad for a treat.
