rewarding myself

I decided to reward myself once I 'd lost "x" amount. I immediately thought of chocolate. Then thought I'd have to loose the chocolate gain. How much better I feel on deciding on going for a back massage.

So do I, but using it as a reward is not a great idea :-) back massage sounds cool though!

Yeah, massage does sound good... but I just don't do 'rewards' ... if I want something I get it (as long as it's possible of course

If you're really interested in getting massages as rewards i recommend downloading the groupon and lifebooker apps so you can get discounts on spas in your area0 -

Massages trump everything!!
I tend to go with clothing as rewards cause I just like shopping1 -
I like to treat myself with a bag of chips.. I get rewarded every day

I try not to reward myself with food because it leads to a downward spiral. So I treat myself to pedicures instead.1

I have a few Tattoos, and im working on designing a patchwork sleeve. so i decided until i read my first goal weight i cant get another one.0

Back massages can get pricey! Maybe do a progressive reward system: 5lbs nails, 10lbs clothes, 15lbs massage, 20lbs travel
