So I'm on 1,200 calorie diet, I would just like to know how many calories should I be burning per day/week! Thanks!

You burn calories 24/7. The vast majority of your calorie burn is you merely existing. There is no answer to your question because you don't need to burn a particular amount of calories working out...your 1200 calorie target is a weigh loss target for a sedentary female...as in zero exercise.

Look at fitness for the sake of fitness and for the benefit of your overall health and well being rather than trying to achieve some arbitrary calorie burn. Burning calories is a nice bi-product of exercise, but it's not the purpose of exercise.

Really depends on you and how much of a calorie deficit you are wanting to achieve as well as how fit you want to be.
