Trying To get tone and lose 20 pounds!

    I know the feeling ... trying to find time to fit in some exercise is my biggest challenge. Am at a desk all day with 1 hr travel each way to/from work. Have started making my own breakfast and lunch but I know this won't work without exercise...!

    There is some really good body weight exercises to do at home. Research some on YouTube/internet. When I started a few years ago it's all I could do as I couldn't afford gym memberships.
    20/30 minutes a day, watch your calories and soon enough you will see results.
