I am an Endomorphic body type I am about to start a beginner running plan doing 3 days Mon, Wed and Fri. With doing a full body circuit training on Tues and Thur in between running. Is this a good plan for starting out? I am new to running. Also I do a diet of 2 shakes a day and one meal, should I include 2 snacks as well I know being Endomorphic my metabolism is slower then others so I need to keep in engaged to lose weight.
Thank you
Thank you

Your workout plan sounds fine. Just ease into it. You can try C25k if you're a new runner and want a plan for that.
As far as the food, hit your calorie requirements that My Fitness Pal gives you.0 -
As far as the workouts are concerned, if you're new to running, you might consider just doing the M-W-F running plan, and work in the body circuit training once your body adjusts to an exercise routine.
As far as including snacks and what not: eat back your exercise calories, whatever they are, so that you continue to hit your net daily calorie goal.0 -
you know that body type thing is a farce right?
Your metabolism is average I suspect...
As far as your workout plan that's great...I wouldn't sub real food for a shake esp if you are going 5 days straight.
As well how many calories are you taking in on an average day?0 -
Stef I take in about 1300 daily, Thank you for the advice every one!0
