Hi im 22 I have an 18 month old i was 200 lbs when i gave birth now im down to about 124 im struggling with my last couple lbs. I live in idaho so its been sweater weather and i took advantage of It now im having a hard time getting back on track. Im a shy person and have a very hard time putting myself out there and asking for help but i think i need to. I would love to have some friends to help me

I would love some friends. I am 31 years old and an English teacher from Liverpool, England. I am not particularly unhappy with my body but have been a stone overweight forever and I am struggling to shift it. Currently weigh around 168-170lbs and I am 5ft 6.
