13 more lbs to go!!

Lost 45 lbs since fall 2015 but this last 13 lbs has been a struggle. Been stuck at 198 for a few weeks. Going to start watching my calories better and not cheat at night.

    I'm not that fit yet. 6'1" and I'm at 198, use to be at 250 ugh. I need to get to 185 and I've been doing p90x, lifting, body pump classes every other day, and running 3 to 4 miles. I'm starting to get there, looking better and feeling better. Going to focus on counting these dang calories and correctly adding my meals in my food counter or whatever it is called. Need to stop the cheating, eating snacks late at night, having a beer or wine ect. I've been stuck at the 200 number for a few weeks now, despite working out regularly, I believe it is because I'm not watching my calorie intake.
