    Not sure what your mean by better. Neither one has hardly any muscle. Right is leaner but also seems to have some muscle wastage relative to the left side. Owners of both arms need do some strength training.

    Just to elaborate - not "toning" with pink dumbbells, but heavy weights, following one of the better strength programs (Stronglifts, NROL4W, etc). Strong = sexi. :+1:

    It looks like the right arm is smaller due to weight loss, but muscle loss as well.
