Quick Calorie Entry?

Hi all!
I'm new and am wondering if there is a way to quick add calories? I have a micoach and it tells me what I've burned... so I just end up using a random exercise and guessing on the amount until it is closest to what my micoach registered. There has to be an easier way. Help!

Under the Exercise tab, go to My Exercises and click on Create Exercise
Also, after you type in the time done, you can just go into the calories burned box and change the number to whatever you want.0 -
you can add an exercise and then manually add the calories in. I have done that for zumba because I don't believe MFP has accurate counts for that.0

Do you mean adding calories burned?
You can create an exercise and then call it 'MiCoach' and then manually type in the calories you burned!
Hope that helps!0 -
This might be bass ackwards but under each meal there is QUICK TOOLS > QUICK ADD CALORIES
Turns out you can add NEGATIVE calories there.
Then if you want to track it in your notes section on your exercise page you can keep track of what you burned on which activity.0 -
Aha - thanks all!0
