quickest way to lose 8lbs

Hey guys, so ive got my last 8lbs to lose and its taking forever to come off! Ive lost 36lbs so far within like 6 months. Please someone help me lose this last bit of weight and fast as possible (within reason lol)

I measure with my water bottle. I know mine is 34oz, and I aim for 4 bottles a day. 34x4=1361 -
Lower your caloric needs/add more cardio0

The leaner you get the slower your body will let go of it. I would say to make just slight adjustments to you meals. Baked fish (I like COD) over chicken for a while. Salads, veggies. But if you are that close to your goal, it could still take another 6-8 weeks.0

What does forever mean? 36 lbs in 6 months is pretty amazing progress. As you have less fat to lose, your body can only metabolize so much fat at once. The quicker you lose now, the more muscle mass you will lose.1
