It more so matters how you feel in your own skin not what the number on the scale is. I'm 5"3 and at 125 I felt my best.

It is so individual. I'm 5'2" as well and the charts all say that I should weigh a maximum of 135lb to be considered healthy. However, I've found that I'm most comfortable in my skin at 135-140lbs. I do have a larger frame, so anything less than 130lbs and I look emaciated.

Hi, I am 5 ft 2 also and just wanted to add I never really felt slim until 115. But, to each their own, I think 120 would make you really happy. After I had my daughter, I wasn't happy until 110 or lower (body changes... blech!).

I'm 5'2.5" and I was feeling great at around 137 and actually took a maintenance break for a while. Then decided I might be happier losing another 10. So now I'm hovering around 126-128 depending on the day. I feel fantastic at this weight especially my upper body but I'm still hating the fat on my tummy and thighs. I'm going to maintain again though for a while and see how things go.

I like the Hamwi method because it takes into account frame size. For 5'2", large frame it has 121. But I think on top of that you have to look at hip width, breast size, etc.

Hi, 5'2.5" with a medium frame, but I'm old. Maintaining right at 126 - 127 lbs, which puts me close to the middle of a healthy weight range.

Yes it all depends on your body frame. Im 5'3 and 136 pounds and feel no where close to where i want to be. My goal is 120. But it all depends how i feel.

My aunt is 5' and 100 pounds while my other aunt is 5'5 at 110 pounds and my mom is 5'3 at 115 pounds. So weight really does look so different on everyones body type
