It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

So I have 28 lbs to go to my ultimate goal weight, but I think I can lose 20 lbs from my starting weight by Jul 4th! That's 16 pounds between now and then! It's coming off soooooooo slowly.1 -
I'm late but I want in. So far I've lost over 100lbs with about 30 to 35lbs more to go. Not really sure depends on what I look like....but lately the weight loss has slowed and it's harder to stay motivated. Since this challenge started on April 1. I will post my stats for that time frame.

Okay, I'm going to try this! I will have to lose about 2 lbs per week now to get there, so I think it is a possibility, but not guaranteed. Even if I can get close I will call this a success! Losing twenty pounds will get me close to my goal weight, anyway.
