Weekly weigh-in day. Small loss this week, but I did weigh in after eating breakfast so maybe it could have been a bit more. I have not been trying as hard as I should be. I pulled a muscle or something in my back during my deadlifts on Monday, so I skipped yesterday's workout since it's still bothering me! Also woke up with a sore throat and felt terrible all day yesterday, basically slept off and on from yesterday afternoon until this morning! Feeling better today except for the sore throat though. Still happy with the loss and clothes are feeling more loose each day. Slow and steady wins the race!0 -

Having a tough go today.
Before I read about it in the PCOS for Dummies book, I always thought it was just a problem with me....but knowing that PCOS is what is causing this urge to binge eat on occasion helps me ignore and control it. Now instead of feeling like I have piss poor self control and am a self-sabatager, I understand the urge is actually chemically induced. Lets me feel I am in control of myself again, and helps me know the hunger pains are not really me being hungry, but my out of whack system telling me lies. I will continue to eat as normal and increase my water intake, and give the finger to these lies from my tummy.1 -

The last week was difficult. I didn't get all of my workouts in. I ate maintenance level calories a few days. I also had a few beers. I didn't over indulge but whenever I drink at all I don't lose any weight. I plan to get back on track and post a loss next week.

Wont weigh in until the 1st, but I officially cannot wear my ring. It falls off. I officially have to wear a belt if I do not want my favorite jeans to fall off. Hope the scale matches...1

I'm thinking losing 20 pounds by 4th of July is definitely an attainable goal! Some of us just finished the 20 pounds by Easter Challenge (congrats if you made your goal!) and maybe fell a little short. Don't give up! Join this challenge!
