I finally broke down and bought one. I'm hoping it'll kind of push me through my plateau. I guess my question is...do you weigh everything? Obviously, meat and pasta but what else? I have been using cups for cereal, rice, etc.

    I weigh everything. Volumetric measuring (cups, tbstp etc.) is not as accurate as weight.

    Weigh everything that is solid - measuring cups are not accurate for this.

    Yes. Weigh everything that isn't a liquid. Raw whenever possible.
