I've had the Shred since it came out, I just never stuck with it. Finally two babies later I decided I really wanted to shed the fat. I finally committed myself to it and completed the 30 day shred. I did it in 39 days instead of 30 but am still happy with the results.

Weight- 140 to 134.6
Waist- 29.5 to 28
Hips- 39.5 to 38
Bust- 36 to 34.5
Thigh- 22 to 21.25
Arm- 11-10.5

I still have more fat I want to get rid of so now it's on to Ripped in 30! Thanks for letting me share:)

Anyone know what I could be doing wrong? I uploaded them directly from my computer to photobucket and then used the IMG code and changed IMG to lowercase. I don't understand why it says it's been moved or deleted...

Great results, I just finished week one of the 30 DS shred level one. How many calories did you eat a day while doing this workout?

Wow! I can see the difference. Good job! I have been thinking of starting it but I do a community bootcamp three times a week that has been toning me all over. I may try it in addtion to the bootcamp.
  • You look great!! Did you do anything else along with the Shred to get those results? or the Shred alone.

CONGRATS to you! :drinker: The Shred was the first thing that got me motivated to workout in my LIFE! I started my first round in February, and I'm on my second now. You got great results!! I ordered Ripped afterward too, but I only did the first 2 weeks. I want to give it another shot in July.

Anyway, seems we are a lot alike. KEEP GOING!!!

PS - It took me 37 days the first time, and this round has taken me over 40 and I've still got 10 days left. 39 is a great total!

My allowance is 1370, but I pretty much eat my excercise calories so between 1500-1600.

I would add walking or swimming 3-4 days, but nothing too heavy.

You look great! I just finished Day 26 of 30. It is amazing what this dvd will do for you. As of Friday, I had lost 7 lbs in 24 days! It is all a mind set. I have my alarm set for 4:50am, Jillian and I have a date every single morning before the madness starts. Giving up junk food has been easy...I don't get up at that hour to blow it during the day. I am starting Ripped in 30 after a few days off.

I think Ripped is a good step up from the Shred. Week 1 was really fun, but week 2 was more of a challenge, and I would say a little more challenging than any level of the Shred (for me). But there are tougher things you could be doing. When I tried the No More Trouble Zones DVD, I was laying flat on the mat at one point because the moves were so exhausting.

I also started the C25K, but had to stop due to an injury. A LOT of my MFP friends have successfully completed the C25K, and if it's something you want to do, you should go for it!! Running is something that has really helped me in the past, and I totally fell in love with it. :drinker:

I started Ripped yesterday...by late night my body ached. I knew I was going to be sore. When I woke it was mainly my upper legs that were sore. Sundays is usually rest for me so I will be back at it tomorrow.
