needing motivation and helpful tips

Hello everybody, so I'm sort of new to this, I would enter my info here and there but not consistently. I have at least 60 lbs to go! So any new tips will help , partners in crime ;) I intend on being more active here on MFP .. let's do this!!!

    Log everything you have, daily... It helps me to log some of my items a day in advance. Feel free to add me and I have an open diary if you want to look at my meals. I started off barely doing 10 minutes at 2.5 on the treadmill and I am now doing 45 minutes at 3.5 (with some jogging mixed in) every day. I have lost 40.2 pounds so far.
