    Ha, I definitely use this one a lot to avoid a tough workout. I usually try to get at least a good walk in, as I also tend to eat a lot of pizza when I'm hungover...

    Yeah, even if its just "well, Im only feeling about 83% well today" lol

    For food: "I'd really like to eat that/try that"

    For exercise: "I really don't want to/I'd like to do something else."

    That's it. I don't pathologize my relationship with food and exercise, as much as is humanly possible. I've been down that road and it's horrendous.
