Mine was 30 lbs. I did it and am now maintaining. Good luck and you can do it. Its all about healthy eating and portion control.0

5'4" and my goal is 1600

i'm 5'1 as well and i got down to 120 and did not like the way i looked I was the happiest at 1250

My goal is 130 as well! I have no idea what I'm going to look like when I get there, so I may end up wanting to lose more. I'm 143 right now, and I can definitely see myself losing at least another 10 pounds.0

I'm 5'4 but my goal is to eventually get down to 125-130. Which would be in the middle of my healthy weight. BUT I would just be happy to get under 200 right now. Getting there though!!!0

115, reached it and then stayed maintaining 121-124
now at 123 i wanna be under 1200 -
Thank you for all of the responces I feel like my goal is right were it should be. I have a lot of people look at me and tell me I look fine, but bottom line is I am not happy with the way I look. I had a hard time when I was in my teens early 20's with 125lbs but I know that going too much past that is just not going to look healthy. All through high school I was 120-125 and I was plaing 2 sports most of the time and working out other then that, I really dont think my body will go below that. I have now come to terms with it and I just want to me in the low 130's for now, IF I can and do lose a little more I would be thrilled but for now I just want to be out of the 150's0

Mine is about 70kgs/155 lbs.
I reached 64kgs at one point, and it was so difficult to maintain, that I gave up and gained everything -and more- back. So, i'm more conservative now!0
