I'm 5'3, and I would be thrilled to be 140. I've always been bigger and I can't imagine being 120-130, it just depends how I look. I'm really just focused on being healthy. I guess we'll see!

I'm only 5'0" and my goal weight is 130, but when I get there I'd like to make it 120...at this point I'm happy to be under 200 now.

I am 5'3" my first goal is 140, then I would like to get between 140-130 will see as I go. Back in 2004 I was 135 and felt very comfortable there.

My goal is 115, but since I'm pretty close to that weight now, I want to focus more on toning, as my weight isn't evenly distributed (aka flat chest, all my fat is in my legs)

115, reached it and then stayed maintaining 121-124
now at 123 i wanna be under 120

Why do you think your weight went up? The same thing happened to me without a drastic diet change. I reached 116 then went to the 120s, want to be under 120 again too. Is it just a numbers thing or do you feel you really gained fat?

last time i lost weight i got down to 137 before an infection destroyed my life. i want to get back down there and then maybe try to get down to 130 after that. not sure how i'll look that small.. 137 was the smallest i've ever been.

I am 5' 2.5in , my goal right now is 125 but I know when I get there I am going to want to go to 120. I started at 165 after I had my 3rd baby and I am 135 right now and still feel huge. :(

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 125lbs, then 120lbs and then finally 115lbs. I have already gone from 152lbs to my present 127lbs, so I have about 12 or 13 more lbs to lose.

At 5' 3" and 28 I was happy at 115lbs..but 15 years and 3 more kids later..I want to be 130lbs...I would be thrilled with that...5 years ago I got down to 140 so I know I can do it if I stick at it long enough!!!

Im 5'3 and my goal is to get my doctor off my back. Which will take me getting down to at least 140 o_o I feel great in the 160's though but the stats still leave me overweight at that weight. We shall see what this body can do.

My goal is 140. I'm 5'3 and I think for me that would be great. I also have a bigger frame according to all those tests about frame size. I felt pretty sexy when I was 150 and a size 10 so we will see what happens! I love being a little soft...but in the right places. :) If I lost my girls and my curvy-ness I think I would be pretty sad.

I'm 5'4" and my goal is around 110. I have a very small frame so even an extra 5 or 10 pounds looks like a lot more :/
