    Looks good! Those thin cakes are good with avo.. Tomato and a splash of balsamic glaze. Yumm.

    If you enjoy seafood or maybe.. Sushi I highly suggest roasted seaweed snacks. SO good and plenty if iodine which is an added bonus for the thyroid... The packs I get are under 30 cals!

    I didn't know there was such thing as "healthy snacks" that wasn't fruit or rice cakes. After all don't they just put more sugar in to make it taste better?

    2 finger KitKat: 100 calories
    3 mini toblerones: 90 calories
    2 fig Newtons: 110 calories
    1 boiled egg: 80 calories
    2 digestives (love them with coffee):140 calories and worth every single one of them
    Poached pear: 120 calories
    Popcorn popped in light oil: 150 calories for a nicely sized bowl
    Plain yogurt with cucumbers, garlic and dill (takes 1 minute to prepare): 150 calories for a cup (I use whole fat so it can be lower)
    Sunflower seeds in shell, take a long time to eat: 150 calories for a potion that lasts at least 30 minutes
    Goldfish crackers: 130 or so calories for about 50 pieces
    1 wedge of watermelon with about 1 oz of feta cheese: 150 calories
    Mars ice cream bar: 140 calories
