added difficulty for the day

The next time you go running (jogging, walking, whathaveyou) grab the lightest dumbbells or similar small weight lying around and carry one in each hand. I grabbed two 5 lb weights and went 2.125 miles in 17.5 minutes. I was thinking about stopping early or at least walking a lap at about lap 6 on an 1/8 mile track, but I didn't.

What can you do?
