    My morning green smoothie

    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup kale (stems too)
    1/4 frozen banana
    4 frozen strawberries
    1/4 cup frozen cantelope
    1/4 cup whole milk yoghurt
    1/2 tsp chia seed
    1/2 tsp flax seed
    Water
