How to lean out

I recently returned to lifting weights 4-5 days a week for the past few months now with 15min cardio after each session. I keep my macros around 40/30/30. I want to lean out for my vacation in Cancun this coming January. How should I adjust my workout and macros and how far in advance should I start if I want to look leaner by then? Thanks.

Concentrate on your caloric intake, not on your workouts.0

Pretty much. To lean out, you'll need to lose some excess body fat.
Keep at your weight lifting (don't worry too much about lifting more) and create a calorie deficit. This will help retain muscle and lose fat.0
