Hey catman. I think smoothies are a great choice for breakfast. I'm sipping one right now while listening to some tunes and I'm feeling pumped.

I make high calorie smoothies so you can half or third the recipe if you're interested in making it.

    6 bananas
    giant handful of spinach
    1 small apple
    2 cups frozen mango
    2 cups frozen blueberries
    1 tbl chia seeds
    celery stalk
20 oz water (to thin it out. personal preference.)

Mine get loaded up: 1/2 banana, 1 cup spinach, 1/3 cup frozen mangos, 1/3 cup frozen berries (usually it's blueberry), 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, and a single serving of each: chia seeds, ground flax seed, hemp hearts, bee pollen. Add unsweetened almond milk, water, ice cubes. Serves 2.

Once you get yourself a base smoothie recipe you like it's easy to mix it up. Cheers!

Blimey!! How big is your blender?? I've got the nutri bullet and can barely fit my ingredients in (listed below).

    1 scoop protein powder
    30g baby spinach
    100ml liquid egg whites
    1 banana, around 100g
    50g raspberries
    300ml vanilla almond milk
    40g high fibre oats
    12g PB2
    30ml Thickened cream
    15g chia seeds
