Did Smoothie King's Change a Meal Challenge Work for You?

How was it supposed to work? Is it a meal replacement? No need to replace meals (and why would you; if you're overweight, you probably like to eat), weight loss is made by creating a calorie deficit, which is eating fewer calories than you burn/expend, consistently, over time.

Never heard of it. Are you on Smoothie King's payroll?

It's working for me. I replace my breakfast with their Lean-1 Smoothie. I've 23 pounds in the last few months. Crazy... fg9nhllo3e94.jpeg

    That would be my guess!

I do enjoy Smoothie King at least once a week ($5 Friday!), the high protein ones and Greek yogurt ones fill me up for lunch and I think they taste great.

But no, I have not done the replace a meal thing - they are way too expensive for me to eat each day and I'd probably get sick of having the same thing each day.

Couldn't you make about five of these at home for five dollars?

I dunno. I eat two meals a day anyway, naturally. Fruit smoothies wouldn't fit into my plan every day.

I'm glad it works for you, OP. :) You look great! Keep it going!

Oh I'm sure. On normal days they're actually like $8 each. Though they are pretty big (32 oz = medium).

I can't make smoothies at work though, so sometimes I'll do that for my lunch break on Fridays.
