Race season starts this Saturday with my first ever Spartan Race. 13+ miles with 30+ obstacles. I have been eating for that race this past week, so my loss isn't what I wanted but I need to fuel my body for this event.
Food and training will be resuming to regular schedule after this race is over.0 -
I was 276 to start, 261 last week 260 now. 1 pounds this week, 16 this challenge. Goal is 250 by end of May, wanted 258 by months end but got 260 instead! I'm happy with that :-)0

Well...I fell off the horse bad recently and this confirms it. Usually this is the part I start blaming everything...but it's my fault...all mine...I was lazy and kept making excuses to not workout...I was the one suggesting we eat out (and most of the time for pizza)...I was the one who overate....I let my emotions and anxiety run the show and now any progress I had made since the beginning of the year is gone.
I am always tired
I am always hungry
I am getting sick all the time
I don't feel like doing anything
Hell even my libido is down
I need to force myself back into good habits before I destroy all progress that I've made...i have to for my own mental health.0 -
