Can I join... I know I'm a bit late lol. I'm 47 and 165cm tall. August 1st 209 pounds now 162 pounds and my target weight is 135 pounds. Having problems losing the last 27 pounds and need some motivation and support from people who understand how hard it is1

I've been missing for awhile. I'm back and doing much better. I will be posting my updates starting with the end of June. Please anyone help me with tips as far as staying on track when life situations stress you.2

Baby steps... one meal at a time...one hour at a time...one day at a time.
I struggle every day but I manage myself one meal at a time. I drink water first before eating something that I want and probably shouldn't have so when I do have it I eat less because I am full from drinking the water. Don't deprive yourself because you will binge....I learnt that the hard way......3 -

I'm in. I've been trying to lose 50 pounds for a year. I would lose like 20 the plateau and give up. I think this is going to make me much more accountable and encourage me for my gold weigh myself tomorrow because I've already had dinner tonight.1
