Slightly disappointed at 2lb but after re-evaluating things I realised for being quite inactive this week through feeling unwell - this is actually really good and I shouldn't be so hard on myself!! lol1 -

What I'm doing to get to my goals is eating whole wheat grains, veggies, fruits, and lean proteins. I am trying to average at about 1200 cal per day. I do cardio 6 days out of the week 30-60 min and weight training 4-5 days out of the week.0

You are very welcome! It's a constant struggle for me to keep motivated and moving. I beat myself up all the time. We all need encouragement. It helps keep me going.2 -

Again, no change in weight. But, my clothes are fitting a tiny bit better. A few years ago, I went to the gym religiously 5-6 days a week, walked 7 days a week and really watched what I ate, losing only 4 lbs in 2 years. Having said that, I did go down 6 Jean sizes at that time. So, I will keep going and try not to give up. Frustration0 -

New here but would love to join this challenge. I would like to lose 40 lbs by Christmas, so that works out to about 5lbs a month! Started today tracking my food and exercise.

Walked for an hour on the treadmill this morning watching Game of Thrones new episode. The kids were all at school so I indulged myself with a little t.v. time but at least I was walking during the entire episode.1
